Seems the updating of my blog has fallen by the wayside. Current goings on... where to begin!

Became a Dad Feb 26th to our beautiful daughter Cailey Eve who has already taken up most of our hearts (and our time!). We have been truly blessed with a healthy, very happy and alert daughter.

If anyone can tell me how to post pictures, much appreciated!

Company i work for is merging with one of our competitors. A merging of equals to quote the spin machine....

I was thinking of getting some new Nike running shoes, but some co-worker suggested the New Balance brand.
Any other suggestions?

Hawaii was gorgeous, as I thought it was. A couple of weeks of doing nothing and now it's back to Toronto...where I have another 4 weeks of vacation waiting in the wings, yaaay!
