Went skiing with my Mum and sister for the first time in ages and second time since coming to Australia. Last time we went to Mt Buller, this time we decided to try Mt Hotham which is bigger and further away, about four hours drive from Melbourne.

The weather on the day was SHIT! Seriously, it just couldn't have been worse - showers, wind and fog all at the same time. Going down the slope was like skiing into nothingness - you could see maybe five metres ahead and it felt like you...

I still haven't posted anything since my return from the UK (I promise to post some thoughts on the trip and the show soon!) and one of the reasons for that is the increasing insanity at work. Remember how one of my staff quit? Well on her last day I guess she decided to take me and my boss down with her, by writing a scathing, mean spirited and plain untrue rant to the President of the organization about us. As if it weren't bad enough that she accused me of being incompetent, she also insinuated...

-don't have the same concert etiquette, or any for that matter
- say fuck a lot more than U2 fans
-are shorter (thank god)
-are not as pretty
-do NOT camp out 18-24 hours in advance of the show (lined up @ 5:45 and got in the 2nd "row")

I will say this to all the setlist bitchers: I was what we'd call a casual Green Day fan. Saw them before they were big. Bought Dookie. LOVED...

So, I got offered another job working TCU football (Often referred to as the "Aj Job"), but here's the thing, it's going to be over Thanksgiving weekend. Do I take the opportunity in the field I want to possibly spend the rest of my life doing, or go home for the holiday?

I've been thinking about what I am going to do;

A) Camp out to get a good spot on the rail (Probably), but then I will probably miss the gatherings the night prior on both shows.

B) Attend the gatherings and enjoy the show in the GA area (farther from the stage), which I was thinking it would be great to visually experience the whole stage...and not bother with camping out 'cus it will probably be a mad house.
