There's nothing better than settling into bed, or onto your favorite couch, creating a nest out of mulitple blankets, and then cracking open a favorite book, or turning on the tv.

Old Fashioned Waffles



2 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs, seperated
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 cup of mushed bananas (optional. A little addition that I find makes them a bit fluffier!)
