I saw them tonight with my friend Pippa. For those of you who don't know, the Mighty Boosh are a British comedy duo consisting of Julian Barrett and Noel Fielding, who play the characters(respectively) Vince Noir and Howard Moon. I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but it's the type of humour which you will either find funny or find to be completely and utterly pointless.

The storylines are farfetched, dysfunctional and largely improvised, but I find the show to be very entertaining...

My favourite TV show being 'Teachers' (which people in America may have seen on BBC America).

I loved this show so much, and I am completely devastated that it's been cancelled after four seasons. It may seem extreme, but I don't respond well to things like this at all.

I'm leaving for Orlando for six weeks, and probably won't be around for much of that time (limited net access), so I hope you all have a great August

To be honest, the scanned picture doesn't demonstrate the likeness too well, but trust me - he looks how I can imagine Bush looked at six years old. Alot of people pick up on it too, apparantly

I live in a semi-detatched house. We have two bedrooms, i'm assuming the adjoining house does too.
They're not massive houses either - go stupidly high property prices in South England.
Anyway, it's that time of year when students descend in their thousands upon Bournemouth, and our next door neighbours has FOUR of them staying with them. This is a household which already has two teenage children in addition to the mother, so pretty much the entire quota of comfortable living...

It really was. They were my first U2 shows and they didn't disappoint at all - i've been left with some brilliant memories which i'll never forget.

The Saturday show was pretty catastrophic on a personal level. We arrived at 8:30 to queue and were about 80th in line. I'd woken up many times in the night and had been throwing up, but didn't want to miss the shows so went ahead with arriving early anyway. I guess I just didn't anticipate the heat - it really got to me. I was still being...

(okay, i'm actually leaving in ten minutes, but if I don't say it now, i'll forget to later).

My U2 tickets arrived today, covered in what looks like Tipp-ex, stuck together and with half the holograms missing on two of the tickets.
I cannot believe that company. I don't know where they get off at thinking they can send me tickets which look like they've been lying at the bottom of someone's garbage can for a year.

I have to get on to them about this tomorrow. It was too late today - the hotline was closed by the time I opened the envelope. Tomorrow, however, is a different...
