Ok, so yesterday I went to a Sports bar to see the Laker game. (Which I was extremely dissapointed btw) and I ended up texting Lila with updates, since she was busy.
The place was packed with guys mostly, then about half time, we see all these great looking ladies coming in all dressed up; dresses, heels, the works, groups of ladies........and everyone is like wtf?....this is not usual. But oh well...

Then the game is over and the someone uses the microphone...

I guess I might be going for the last two weeks of August....for work.
Should I be glad or worried?

So yesterday on my way home from work, we start to get some rain. In May this is highly unusual for this part of California.....but it gets worse, hail starts falling, golf size hail! It does not stop for about 3 minutes.
Everyone on the road stops on their tracks and just looks confused on what to do. Then the rain starts...buckets! I have never seen anything like it before. Then the weirdest happens; a tornado forms right in front of my car, about 150 yards away from me.

LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Times' report that Kobe Bryant had won the NBA's Most Valuable Player award reached the Lakers guard at dinner.


The Lakers' players were watching the finale of the Houston-Utah first-round playoff series Friday night at a Hollywood restaurant when Bryant received an e-mail informing him he had won his first MVP. The Times reported it on its Web site Friday night, citing anonymous sources familiar...
