After much dreaming and hoping it has become possible for me to go to Hawaii! This just seems so incredibly unreal!

I just received an e-mail from an old high school classmate and a 10 year reunion is in the planning! Have been asked if I want to help out with it all and I have accepted. Lost contact with just about everyone in the class except for my closest friend Aric. Will be great to catch up with others again and find out what has been going on. Still in shock though that next June marks 10 years already!

I know it's not right and I don't want to feel this way. But I really can't stand to be around my oldest sister. She really infuriates me to no end! The huge age difference between us doesn't help things either. I turned 27 in May and she just turned 40 in August. So needless to say we didn't spend much time together when we were younger. Hell she wasn't even excited when I was born. At the time she was the only girl,the oldest child,with 4 brother's so she was getting quite a bit of attention....

Very much to my surprise this morning I discovered that I have now lost a total of 71lbs! Words cannot even begin to express just how great I am feeling about myself right now . There have been some down moments with my crusade to lose weight. However I only used those times as a challenge to myself to work even harder and continue on. Feel like I am living in a dream that I never want to wake up from.

I came home today and discovered a wonderful surprise. My new Tae Bo Boot Camp Elite dvd's had arrived! Became even more excited after previewing the dvd's and seeing that they are just as great as the other ones. Love how they become more challenging with each new workout Billy Blanks creates. Most likely I will be sore as hell after trying out one of the new dvd's tomorrow but oh well,lol. No pain no gain!

While listening to my favorite radio station last night I heard some great news. Huey Lewis and the News are in the studio right now working on their new album It is expected to be released early 2007 and I can't wait! Like with U2 I grew up with Huey's music and have been a huge fan for MANY years.

What started off as exciting and fun in the beginning is now turning into a pain in the ass! Last summer I was supposed to move out to Chicago with my guy. We had been doing the long distance thing for a couple of years and both agreed we were ready for the next step. Well needless to say our searching didn't turn out fruitful at all as I didn't get to move when originally planned. So we continued our search for either a condo or townhome that we can afford. We are being smart and have set a limit...

Im back from my beach getaway and it was an absolute blast! Even the constant rain wasn't able to ruin the fun that was to be had. Mike experienced his first East Coast tropical depression along with his first trip to the beach and ocean. Loved seeing his expression when I took him up close to everything. For the longest time we have not had any rain. Instead it's been bright sunshine with hot weather. Well it would figure that when I make big plans for outdoors than a monsoon would be heading my way! We are supposed to get the remmants of the tropical storm in FL this coming Friday. Ironically that is the day that Mike arrives and when we start our beach vacation,lol. So unfair! lol.

Feels weird having so much going on but this coming Labor Day weekend is going to be a great one! Mike,my sweetie, is flying in from Chicago on Friday to come and visit till next Tuesday night. Since I like to view the scale as enemy most of the time I don't typically weigh myself on a regular basis. Instead I judge my success by how lose my clothes fit and being able to wear smaller sizes. Curiosity got the best of me recently though so I stepped on the scale and got quite a surprise. Due to all of my hard work I have lost 63lbs! I fought the George Forman grill and I lost As much as I love using it the damn thing can be a pain in the ass to clean. So I discovered the best time to do it is while it's still hot. That way everything just wipes right off. Well I was doing this earlier and the next thing I know the lid was coming down at a fast speed. Also I would like to express my gratitude for the thoughtfulness for my aunt. We knew she hadn't been doing well for awhile but it was a great shock to hear how far it has gone
