Awesome. The basic upside-down mount is coming easily now, and I've even managed to go upside-down with platform heels on. They're heavier than you realize, lol.


) that we train on, so I couldn't really do any fancy acrobatics. I did, however, manage to flip upside-down a couple times with an extra push from my friend who was also kind enough to hold the hem of my dress in place
There may be a clip of that floating around somewhere among my friends.....
I did it last weekend at a practice session, but it was with the help of an instructor. I managed to get up there about half a dozen times on my own tonight
not far from his school. They roughed him up pretty well, punched him repeatedly in the head and broke his nose. He was covered in blood and shaken up, but he's going to be ok.






Time to go workout again............
