Some of you may know this already, but my summer holiday trip this year goes to the south of Switzerland! There's a mix of palm trees and mountains there, big lakes, lots of sunshine and good food (part of point proven in picture below ). In short: a relaxing holiday I am looking forward to and could really use at the moment. We're leaving at the end of the week, by nighttrain

So, I guess all of you are also very excited about this tour just like I am, might have seen a concert already here and there or just follow everything from setlist parties to clips or streams...

Now it's Amsterdam for me in less than a week! As some of you might know, I also intended to go see U2 in Chicago and meet up with some of you, but due to health reasons and a negative doctor's advice because of this I won't be able to go. But, a positive thing is, that Leif (Vincent Vega)...

So I finally picked up two of my greatest hobbies again, already for a while now: singing and dancing!!

Joined a choir which sings popmusic about 2 months ago. At the right time, too, as there's this big concert we're giving in a theatre in November! I'm singing the alto parts. The people who are also in the choir are so sweet and crazy, in a good way Really love it there

At the same time, I took a free lesson of Zumba, and after it I was sold It's...

Omg I just came back from town where I visited some stores... And guess what? There's already Christmas gifts/cards/goodies and whatnot in some stores! I mean it's only September? We're still enjoying some nice sunny weather, and Santa Claus is already coming around the corner Sorry but that just makes me go Even though I like Christmas, don't get me wrong

...next year with my study. Yeah, you've heard it correct. The perfectionist, doesn't-tolerate-failure MJ is probably going to slow down her study next year. The level of courses is going up (tempo + difficulty), which is normally not really a problem for me, but I also have a parttime job and had a lot of personal difficulties, and that's just all a bit too much... Thought this period would slow down already a bit, but that wasn't true. On Friday I have an appointment with my tutor, going to talk...

...I haven't been online much lately. This period of school has been crazy, I have so many class hours, have to travel a lot and have to do too many assignments. On top of that, I also have to work more lately because a colleague of mine has been pretty sick lately. Me right now = as you can imagine. If anyone needs me or wants to contact me, you better send me an e-mail text message, or PM, because I don't have much time browsing the forums.

My grandmother passed away last night. She's not in pain anymore. I'm going to miss her so...

But as some of you may know, my grandmother hasn't been doing well lately. I'm not around Interference a lot, because she has been diagnosed with cancer, so that explains it for the most part. Besides that, I've been very busy with school and work, and some other probs as well at home.

Ok, so now you know why I never post personal topics here, I'm just not very good at it.

So, it's finally started snowing here (for all of you who don't know, I live in Holland ), and I must say it's a pretty sight Of course, we Dutch need to be negative about the weather ALL of the time, so I've spoken to only people who only see the bad side of snow. It's never right! When the sun shines: it's too hot, when it rains: people get grouchy, when it snows: it's too dangerous... Can't we just see that we can't change the weather and accept whatever weather it may be outside?...

Just wanted to say that if you might have noticed that I haven't been around much here lately, you're right... Stuff has been happening in my life, and sometimes it's been real And not only in real life, for that matter, here as well... So, if you don't see me that often, don't worry, I haven't jumped off of a cliff just yet PM me or send me an e-mail message if you ever need me or just feel like talking... I'll reply

So, I had my introduction week last week... I must say, I've never ever seen 300 people in one week who were so nice and have the same interests as me!!!

I had so much fun... The theme for the week was 'Secret Service', so we were secret agents on secret missions, it was so much fun... Everyone was divided in a group of 15, 16 people... We were in group 3, and I must say, everyone knew group 3 at the end of the week!! We were sooo fanatic...

So.. A lot of things have been going on in my life lately!

Next week there's an introduction week for a new study I'm starting.... It's a study which is called (in English) 'Language- and Culturestudies', it's all in a name I guess!

My main language will be Spanish, and my direction will be media/culture, maybe politics, but I don't have to decide that until next year.

Many things have gone wrong with my application at the university, because of a mix-up...
