I'm back baby!!!

I finally broke down and threw in my $25. I've been meaning to do so, it's just too many things have been happening to me.
Back in March I lost my teaching job, but just a few weeks ago I finally got a new one. This time I'll be teaching high school Algebra 1. This will be my first time ever to teach high school. I've been in middle school/junior high for years. So I'm a little anxious.
And last week for the second time I saw Coldplay (my other favorite band) down in the PIT on the rail front row and center! It was totally freakin' awesome! Of course I was swooned by none other than Chris Martin.
Oh, and also Coldplay took my cowboy hat! I purposely bought a cowboy hat for Chris to wear while on stage. But I didn't have a chance to throw it to him until the band came up for their bow. Crazy Chris can't stand still for two seconds! So after their bow, Chris picked it up and plopped it right on Guy's (bassist) head. The Dallas crowd roared! Then they walked off stage with it. At that point I didn't care if Guy had it. It was so cool!!!
And now it's time for me to focus on U2. I've got GA for Dallas and Norman, OK. I have a cheap reserve for Houston. I hope I run into some new and old crack addicts at the shows!

Congrats on the job and the concert night (I posted to you in the CP thread in B&C). I find high school infinitely easier than middle school but different personalities suit different ages better. You'll be great, I'm sure!

Yay, you!!! Congrats on the new job
(know the feeling!) and if you just spill to your new kids that you had this fab experience at Coldplay, you'll be so IN, they'll love ya!
