After much nervousness and anticipation the Philadelphia Phillies are the 2008 National League champions!!!!
This is by far one of the happiest moments of my life! Have complete faith that they will take the world series this year! It's time to heal the heartbreak of the 93 series. GO FIGHTNING PHILS!!!!!

They've tried to jinx the Phils in every game since August with stats like "they haven't lost leading after the eighth" and "Lidge hasn't blown a single save all year." Hasn't worked yet.
