We are officially homeowners!

As of 4pm yesterday afternoon Mike and I became first time homeowners! 
Closing wasn't even as painful as we were expecting it to be. Well seeing such a good chunk of our savings going away hurt but it's an investment lol. Right after it became official we headed right to our house. Felt so good to walk through by ourselves. Each time we visited the house before our realtors were with us. Now we can come and go as we please because it's OURS! 
. The previous owners even left a very sweet note on the counter. Said they hope that we love the house as much as they did. They have taken such great of the place. One of the rooms is set up as a nursery so we are going to leave it that way for the time being. Do want to change the lime/mint green color that is going on downstairs though lol. Hopefully the painting will be done by next weekend so we can officially move in. Already we are making plans for a housewarming party. Nah we aren't too excited about our purchase or anything

Congrats!!! :dancing: Just closed on my first a couple of months ago, the closing process wasn't nearly as horrid as all my "helpful" friends and co-workers felt the need to warn me it would be. :lol:

Promise pics will be up tomorrow. So excited about showing all of you the new place :D.
