As opposed to drunken, booty-shakin' pole-posing. This is the stuff I've been blabbing about for months.

We played until midnight and I limped to work today. Oh, and have some wicked pole burn. Ouch.
How about that shirt?

Thanks, Iris
NSW, sorry to keep you in the dark like that. I've been dancing since January and have now completed 4 of 7 levels. I go to class once a week and practice twice a week. We use brass poles as opposed to stainless steel as they're more porous, so they absorb body oils and are less slippery. I've mastered your basic inverted moves and am working on more advanced inverts such as the cartwheel and the shoulder mount. I'm considerably stronger and far more flexible than I've ever been and can do both the traditional and the Russian splits. I'm so dedicated to my training that I've been offered an instructor role, which I'm considering quite seriously.
I'm going to make an IO thread about pole dancing to keep you informed of further developments. I don't want you to ever feel left out again.
Also, GFY.

I need to train! And that is my U2 corset shirt, you just can't see the detail in the back very well in that light.
Btw, I figured out that the move I'm doing in the second shot is called the Gemini. Random FYI..

I need a seperate media card apparently. If I remember, I'll ask my friend to try and use her cell to take video at practice tomorrow. Oh, I'll show you
