As opposed to drunken, booty-shakin' pole-posing. This is the stuff I've been blabbing about for months.
We played until midnight and I limped to work today. Oh, and have some wicked pole burn. Ouch.

MissV - Blisters, no. Callouses, yes. You also get pole-burn on your wrists and forearms, and eventually on your legs as you start going upside-down. As your skin gets used to it, though, it goes away
