To reveal sick psycho or not

So today a dear friend (barf) of mine decided to once again show their true colors. Said friend is off their meds and well that is when they get just the littlest bit psycho.
Funny for the last few weeks we have been watching a drama unfold online. We were both a bit amused by the character involved.
Well now that said psycho is pissed at me (it’s ok they write me off every other month or so...and I am never given a reason...but the ass I am I expect them back with open arms) they are forgetting that we have MUTUAL friends..and they are spouting off at the mouth. Not really a good thing to do when you turn to me and tell me exactly how you feel about all our MUTUAL friends. Up until this point I have always held what was said to me in confidence...but if I can’t expect the same in return then maybe it’s time for me to OPEN my mouth.
Now since this person is a friend to most here....if you want to write me in private I may just be willing to tell you what has been said behind your back while a smile was shown to your face.
I wonder..can or will I really do this??? Just one of you who is curious write me and let me see if I am indeed ready to break all ties with the psycho and reveal all........
