Life can be strange

I'm really, truly going to endeavor to make a very long story short.

Here we go:

I'm moving to Chicago the first week of May.

The job there that I had turned down came my way again, but it was tweaked. Apparently, when I turned it down they took my reasons for doing so to heart, because all of my issues were resolved.

And so, I gleefully accepted yesterday. What a whirlwind few days, and, what a whirlwind the next few weeks, and months, really, will be.

So, if you are reading this and live in Chicago, and if you have any advice on just about anything, I'd welcome it.

I have only been to the city twice...I obviously loved it, but, do not know it all that well.

New job. Working for a start up entity. In a brand new city. I'm fucking excited.
