Is this as amazing as everyone says it is? Jillian freaks me out a bit and annoys me slightly, but I think the workout would be awesome, and help kick my ass back into gear. I haven't totally decided if I should buy it yet or not.
Oh yeah - I'm doing a 10k run on Sunday, then my next event is a 1 mile swim at the end of July. I'm not ready for this run. At all.

I have done a little bit of Jillian's 30 Day Shred. Been playing around too with going for it. She is rather annoying but the workouts are great! I say go for it
Btw good luck with getting ready for your run you can do it

It's about $15 on Amazon.ca, so I'm going to see if I can find it elsewhere for cheaper.
