Weekends

Well, this weekend royally sucked.
The only good part was a wedding I went to on Saturday morning. Yes - Saturday morning. At 11:30am. Weird time, but it was a beautiful wedding. Very creative and touching. These were two of my friends from university, and it was great to see them get married.
I got stood up for every single other fucking plan I had with friends this weekend, so I was pretty pissed off. Nobody returned my call, sent me a text, or even an email to explain or to even cancel. Nothing. What's up with that?! At least have the decency to call for one second or shoot me a short text or email to say you can't make it. Don't leave me hanging, waiting around for you to return my call. Bloody hell.
Since it was Thanksgiving, most of my friends were busy with their families, which is totally fine, but these other friends are like me, and don't have family nearby, or they aren't into doing holiday stuff.
Whatever. I need to stop dwelling on this. Sorry, I just needed to vent and get this out of my system.
I got pissed drunk while watching the hockey game on Sunday night, and was posting in Pleba at the same time.
That was definitely interesting.
This weekend I'm going to Seattle to visit my old roomie, and to hopefully see some of my family as well. I'm really looking forward to that!
