I don't know why, but I just have not been able to get into this song yet. Maybe it's the weird mix of TUF U2 and NLOTH Bono... I don't know... so far me no likie :(
I'll give it more time though for sure.

BC, it's easy...just turn it up loud right before he says "babydoll"...really listen to that part...not sure that word has ever been delivered more brilliantly :)

I liked them both a lot, it was interesting to hear the intersection between that songwriting and Bono's vocals circa 2007 in studio, and in this case it's cool because it shows the intersection between TUF and NLOTH even moreso.

Also, DA sounds like pretty much every U2 era in a blender, and managed to come out the other side as a good song.

I will definitely be giving both songs (DA and WOS) more listens and a chance. I don't hate them or anything, I think I was just surprised that I didn't love them right away. I'm sure I have been spoiled by U2. I pretty much like or love everything they have ever put out, and loved everything on NLOTH from day one. But the era mash-ups have maybe thrown me a bit. I'm sure I'll come around though.
