I think it could also include songs that didn't make it into the album (like Smile made it into the "Unreleased and Rare" batch that came with the Complete U2 last time around.

The Spanish version says the album may be bought at iTunes two weeks prior to its physical release. I assume this could be 16 February, as this is the date for the iPod Red release...
