First time motorbike buyer help?

Feel free to move obviously.

Basically, I just found a website for a store on the Island I live on that sells motorbikes that I can actually afford. Cue happy dance.

But, Ive not ridden a bike before, never mind bought one, so I've no idea if they're decent bikes or not. One that really caught my eye was this:

Ingear Car Sales Ltd - Used Cars & New Motorcycles & Scooters

The top one. Any thoughts about that?

There are many other bikes in my price range (upto £70 per month, £70 being the absolute max) on that site, so if you see any others you'd recommend over this one please let me know.

Is it even worth buying a bike before taking the tests? I just really want a mode of transport so badly.
