Local Time: 02:58 AM | Just thought I'd check in here. Still just outside of London, still deeply misunderstood. *sniff* Cat, are you a real Evans? |

Anyway, 'Rina, I am in London, and deeply misunderstood most of the times. Today my line manager was joking telling me to remove my U23D desktop background because it was ginving him stomach ache.. I wasn't laughing ![]()

Unfortunately theres only 2030 showings now and I cant get back to Leicester by train after that so I`m making a trek down to London on May 2nd and 4th to see the film at the BFI. Let`s hope fingers crossed for some midlands shows on the next tour.....

Local Time: 02:58 AM | im at uni in leeds at the moment and the nearest show is in bradford, which isn't very far but i've got a dissertation on now which is a bit more important (only a bit!). hopefully they'll do an arena tour next year and they'll play the NEC or the NIA. don't want to have to trek to manchester again ![]() |

Local Time: 02:58 AM | 1stepcloser, I live about 40 minutes away from birmingham the birmingham academy = best gig venue ever I can't see them playing birmingham though, I think it'll be manchester and London. |

Local Time: 02:58 AM | hey partygirl, yeah the academy is great. i was there last friday actually to see Neville Staples and the Beat. Kings of Leon was the best gig i ever saw there. can't quite see U2 playing there.... if they do a stadium tour then they'll probably bypass the midlands sadly. if it's arena's then they'll definitely play brum i think. |

Local Time: 02:58 AM | No, would be pretty amazing if u2 did play there. Could you imagine the GA line outside?! Big bands always seem to ignore the midlands It's really irritating. Do you really think they'd play the NIA rather than the MEN arena in manchester? I hope so, but I doubt it. |

Local Time: 02:58 AM | haha yeah the GA line would probably end up in Sutton Coldfield. well they played the NEC on the Elevation tour but sadly i wasn't into U2 back then. The Red Hot Chili Peppers played Coventry's Ricoh arena on their stadium tour last year so it's not like big bands ignore the midlands. they'll be back don't you worry. If it's an arena tour they do next then they'll almost certainly play the midlands. |

Local Time: 02:58 AM | That be terrible if they played arena's next tour, the MEN in Manchester is such a crap venue imo but its quite accesible unlike Eastlands. The memories of heckling the fosters lady will last me a life time ![]() What you studying at uni anyway 1stepcloser ? |
