North Carolina?

Is anyone here from NC? I'll be there (Charlotte area) for two weeks at Christmas, and since I've only been there once before for a few days, I have no idea what there is to do. IS there anything? I will be bored out of my mind and need to find a way to get away from my family. I may have to steal a car.

Charlotte's probably a lot cooler than where I'd be, though.

I might be in southern, VA for part of the time I'm in the US too. My grandmother, aunt, and uncle live near Lynchburg.
