Are Post Counts REALLY Necessary?
Let's remove post counts! why are they necessary? its proof that they lead to unchecked posting;
 maybe a habitual troller or two might disappear once his/her numbers disappear; we'd all be equals and isn't that what Bono would want? Plus, it would be one less thing our beloved server would have to deal with...Any thoughts??? |

I believe we've had this discussion before, but it was the wide consensus that we like to see them. And, frankly, I don't know of a single forum that doesn't have them.
I know I will never be the largest poster in this place--and nor do I necessarily want to--but I enjoy seeing how many times I posted, if only to see how slowly it upticks these days, compared to the old days.  |
