IO: What?!? no U2 in IO!?!

Okay, anyone who has been in IO for like the past week would even notice that people talk and say the word U2

So I'm suggesting for if it is your first time clicking into IO, the NO U2 IN IO thread should apear and you could click into the forum after you read that thread.

But you would only need to do it 1 time so it won't be annoying as hell to the people who go into it everytime...

I think this idea is genious.
