Prevent your users 'shouting' in their thread titles/message text by changing all-uppercase titles with at least this many characters to capitalization only on the first letters of some words.

MY MOM OFTEN SENDS ME EMAILS THAT ARE ALL IN CAPS. SHE CRACKS ME UP - I THINK SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE'S DOING.

What Annoys Me The Most Btw Is When People Type Sentences And Emails With The First Letter Of Every Frickin' Word Capitalized Instead Of Just The First Word Of A Sentence!
