I've actually been able to use my computer all day without the fucking mouse freezing up or opening a thousand windows all on it's own.

Gabe, what age do you live in?

Optical is the only way to go! Try gaming with a ball mouse for a change, it blows.

And yeah, these don't get dusty and don't need cleaning, you can use them on any surface area.

Weirdly enough, when I was searching for the cheapest possible optical I could find, there were comments about how opticals aren't for serious gamers.

I'm not a gamer, however, so I ignored the warnings.

Well, for a gamer you need to put it on the right surface, otherwise it won't work properly.

For people who use Photoshop regularly, it's ACE. I don't want to remember all those times that I tried to cut out a pic and my mouse failed me. Now it all goes smoothly.
