Well really what I'm looking to find out is what makes good kolocky good? Is it the cookie part and what should it be like? Should it be more of a dry cookie or what? And then the filling is another issue. So yeah, that's my question. And trust me, I have more random Polish questions at any given moment. I could really use more Polish friends online for when I have a late night random question.

I've seen those before but I wouldn't bet it's a Polish delicacy - I would rather bet on Chech or Slovakian origin.
