Heather over at I Am Fuel, You Are Friends has a report from the Berkeley show, as well as posts from earlier in the week about the San Francisco show and alternate versions from Easy Tiger.

I have to say...this album is a grower. I still don't love all of it, but there are some songs I'm really starting to appreciate. I'm considering driving up to Northampton to see him in September. Tickets go on sale tomorrow, so I'll have to make a decision about that in a hurry.

That's the frustrating part about the way his tour dates are being announced--I would like to see him, and I'd travel a little if I had to, but I'd rather see him closer to home if I could. I don't know if the whole tour is like this, but for the Northampton show, you can only pick up your tickets the day of the show with I.D., so it's not like I can just sell or trade them if he announces an upstate NY show. I like that they're trying to keep tickets out of the hands of scalpers, but it can make it tough for some fans, too.

I would just try to buy some tickets. I'm sure you'd have no problem selling them if something came up. Better safe than sorry. I bought Kalamazoo tickets even though I was kind of on the fence, and I'm VERY glad I did.
