You know, I don't think I've ever listened to both Love Is Hell discs together. I only have a few tracks from them on my iTunes. The first time I saw him was right before Love Is Hell came out (it might've even been the day it did) and he played This House Is Not For Sale, and I absolutely loved it, even though I'd never heard it before. It's still one of my favorites by him.

Oooooo Might have to go to that. Haven't seen him since Demolition at the Wiltern. I just saw his show on HDNet recently and had forgotten how much I enjoy his stuff. And Royce Hall is a great venue.

oh yea, bought my tickets last week,
seats look good, i love the Spreckels Theater
it's old timey, beautiful as hell, and has great acoustics
I saw Travis play there back in high school and it was amazing, ..however, I do recall the staff being old, cranky and very anal about no one taking pictures/recording.

Cool thing is I can ride the trolley and not worry about crappy, expensive downtown parking.
