Do all the editions count towards "U2 - No Line on The Horizon" or is it a similar situation to the Best of xx-xx and the B-Sides version counted separately?

The price of the edition with CD, hard back book is way more expensive (over 340) than at Amazon - ordered today for £17.98 Mike
