Is there a way to see the actual sales numbers and not just the chart positions? Maybe it's climbing because the sales are holding steady and all the others are dropping.

It would've sold about 2,350 at # 71 in UK this week...& good climb! especially considering it still seems to be widely available here at full price (unlike Stop The Clocks).

Btw, Best Of 1990-2000 (2-cd version) re-entered in almost exactly the same positions (83-72...) in virtually the same weeks back in April 2003 :

But you only gave this weeks sales figure. How did that figure compare to the week before? Do you have a chart run with sales figures so that we can see the ebb and flow of those numbers compared to the chart position numbers. I mean you could concievably have similar sales numbers from week to week and still rise and fall in the charts depending on the other acts sales numbers. Do you get what I'm saying? I'd look for it myself but don't know where to get these numbers.

Thanks. Yeah see wk 17 to 18 sales dropped but chart position went up. wk 19 to 20 sales the same chart position dropped. But the last 3 wks do show a steady increase in sales. It would be interesting to try to tie sales jumps in with Bono's appearances. He was in that skit for the Red Nose day things a few weeks ago then those comics did the Bono and Edge sketch last week so I wonder if those things boost sales for the casual listeners. Plus all the internet buzz over the last couple of weeks about the American Idol appearance.
