Australia stays at #3 for the Christmas week!
Would have been huge sales, maybe over 40k
Still plat x 3, I think it would have sold roughly 180k by this point. Hoping to find exact figures though!

Take That's sales is amazing! That is more like a US first week sales, not UK 6th week!!

Shame it didn't end up at 4 as the mid weeks predicted then. 163k is still pretty flaming massive though & it probably only didn't hit 200k+ like top 6 last year 'cos Xmas eve sales weren't actually inlcuded this year. With 569,335 it's now up 16 to 22nd best selling artist album of 2006 in UK.

I think it'll drop fast now mainly 'cos new / just released Best Of's usually do drop fast after Xmas. Also the new Woolworths chart already has it down to 15. So i expect # 15 overall next week. Xmas eve sales should still help keep it's sales relatively high though...maybe 40k. I'm well chuffed it'll end 2006 with ~600k though 'cos initially i honestly didn't really think it would do over 500k.
