Quick Question - Thread subscriptions

Just needed help with something. Everytime I post in a thread I always get tons of emails about other people responding to the thread. How do I change it so I don't get any emails when people repsond to threads I post in?

User cp --> Edit Options --> Messaging & Notification -->

Default Thread Subscription Mode When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.

Also go to User cp --> Subscribed Threads --> List Subscriptions

To delete already subscribed threads.
