Bad - solo

Bad is just one of the best, and easiest songs to play, but the sound of that solo is just a nightmare for me. Sure I can play it but I just can’t get that sound. I’m using a DD-3 with delay set at one or two repeats, level is about 75% and 420ms and a little distortion from the amp. Does anyone know what effects are used or, maybe my tabs a little off: (IBoth sound pretty similar):

Any help would be great.

Just play the bass note then the two high notes and repeat. For Bad i usually have my delay around 450 ms.
