Dirty Day

What chords are Bono playing towards the end of Dirty Day (from "put me in the ground" till the last "run away like horses over the hill") live in Sydney?

Those are Edge's chords though, aren't they? To me, it looks like Bono is playing the same chord the whole time, but I don't know what it is.
