Help with a Boss ME-50... how to get effects?

Hey guys, I'm doing some U2 cover songs (I'm on bass), and the lead guitarist is playing an Ephiphone Les Paul Standard guitar with at Boss ME-50 guitar effects board thingys, and I was just wondering if you guys know what the proper setup with one of these things would be for it?

The setlist is:

* Elevation
* I Will Follow
* Until The End Of The World
* Out Of Control
* Gloria
* Vertigo
* Beautiful Day

(not in that order)

Anyone help me out here? Muchos appreciated!

this is not for those who want perfect sound, this is shut-up-and play-sounds, they sound ok and tell me who'll tell you that you got wrong setup on processor.

elevation uses strong distortion,i think 3 different kinds of it
i will follow-normal distortion
ooc same thing
uteotw again
gloria-really don't know
vertigo-distortion
beautiful day-delay and distortion

i have gfx-5:
normal distortion-drive + eq
delay-eq(+2),znr,cabinet(stk+ev),mod(delay),rev(hlddelay)
since i have on drive many types of distortion,i just cahange it depending on power of distortion in a song
