Actually everything except the guitar parts in that version is done by am22884, and it's excellent! The guitar parts were mostly improvised so I just recorded whatever crossed my mind at the time. I stole the opening harmonics from that song they played in Antwerp 2001, "We Love You" for example. I recorded using a Washbrun HB-30 and a Behringer V-Amp2 with some delay and Brit Hi Gain settings. Quote:

I'm considering getting the Vox Tonelab SE. It gets you lovely U2 sounds from what I've heard so far and lots more and it's not as expensive as getting a whole rack of advanced stuff either. It pretty much nails the classic Stratocaster Edge sounds if anything. |
