This is what I thought the Vertigo setlist would look like...

City Of Blinding Lights
I Will Follow
Vertigo
All Because Of You
Beautiful Day
Until The End Of The World
New Year's Day
Elevation
A Sort Of Homecoming
Miracle Drug
Angel Of Harlem
Fast Cars
Desire
Love And Peace Or Else
Sunday Bloody Sunday
Bullet The Blue Sky
One Step Closer
Where The Streets Have No Name
Pride (In The Name Of Love)
With Or Without You
One
Yahweh
40

I really wanted COBL -> Follow, because U2's big song openers for tours usually had Follow, Follow.

^ Great Setlist indeed and I REALLy agree with ASOH or I was thinking they'd pull out TUF, October or something like that. I must admit I was happily surprised at An Cat Dubh/Into The Heart inclusion.
Looking a bit deeper into your list what a great combo:

Elevation --> ASOH--> Miracle Drug

I was thinking, wouldn't it have been something if they did something like:

October into TUF into In God's Country into God Part II into UTEOTW into Dirty Day into Last Night On Earth.

Starting slow and atmospheric leading to up lifting into darker in your face songs - but hey that's just me.

Cheers
