IS it only me...

That STILL feels slighty teary/depressed when Wake Up randomly comes up on Itunes or I listen to any COBL bootlegs...

cause I didn't think I'd still feel this way, one month later, but I still feel so sad, and YEARNY (yes i made that word up) when I hear the start of a u2 concert...

no? ok then

I feel much better when I can listen to the boots of the shows I was at.
It's so nice to relive them and hopefully that will get me through the next couple of years before the next tour.

I don't get sad when I hear it, I get excited because it brings back some great memories.

Flashbacks are good. Everyone is suffering post tour now but hang in there, you are not alone. The guys will be back before you know it.

I'm kinda glad my first U2 show was one of their worst shows and I was behind the stage. I got to ease into it, instead of being front row of the ellipse my first show out - what could top that?

I was kinda depressed after the first time I met Bono. It wasn't at a show, but it was just when I was becoming a U2 fan so I'd got myself so hyped that when it happened and the high wore off, I was rock bottom for days. I mean, I had a fever over 100 and was physically ill, which made it worst (sleeping on cement in sub-freezing temps = baaaad).

Whenever I hear Wake Up, I get all excited without even realizing it. When it's done, I have to listen to COBL or it seems like a waste

Wake Up definitely gets me excited as opposed to sad....I have flashbacks, for lack of a better term, and I feel almost like I felt when I've heard it before shows.

Yep. I'm straight back to the cold Auckland air, full of anticipation.

I freaked out when i heard it then, i do the same now.

I ought to take a shower, not dry and then sit in a cold breeze and play it....to make the experience complete.
