Yeah, I assumed Dell assigned him a random American name. Although this morning I had the pleasure of working with a guy named Kingsly, so maybe they don't all get reassigned western names to make us entitled Americans feel more comfortable!

Another hour and a half, but I HAVE WIRELESS! Whoot! He finally said, "You know, you can hang up the phone and go do what you need to do," so Kingsly in India was driving my computer for an hour while I puttered around. I guess it had something to do with drivers. Or something.

Ok so are the Red Wings bad this year or what, cause the Leafs just smoked them and for this I must stab elfa in the eye when I see him next summer.

I just made smoked chipotle chicken soup and am about to make pumpkin bread - yes, I am totally nesting. I don't nest. This is a bit weird for me.

Geez, how spoiled are you? The Red Wings have been the model franchise since 1995, I think you can handle some losing.
