Local Time: 06:04 AM | I love Charlie Brooker! His column for the Guardian is always interesting/amusing, Screenwipe was brilliant, I love his cynical/ironic style of writing. I saw some of Newswipe too, which I don't think caught on very much, I thought it was too much of one thing - I hope he'll drop it to return to Screenwipe anyway. I don't really know what to make of his new quiz show, he's sort of biting the hand that feeds as a tv critic, its both amusing and also a bit crappy - if he had to review himself he'd tear You Have Been Watching to pieces. I'll probably keep watching it anyhow. My personal favourite; Pat you bitch! |
