I have certain people blocked and for awhile it was working great.. but now I am able to see their posts again.

I have been trying to figure out a way to contact Facebook but they don't seem to have any contact emails.

So I've gone to the help centre. Maybe I'm missing something really simple but how the hell do I post a question to the help centre? I can reply to questions but can't ask.
